A sweet little double-fronted Edwardian cottage in the leafy eastern suburbs of Melbourne underwent an internal renovation and tasteful addition to provide more space for the family.
Our clients were after a casual and effortless interior that suited the heritage of the home, whilst incorporating a mix of colour through pattern and their extensive collection of eclectic artwork.
The exterior underwent repairs and paint with a soft warm neutral colour palette specified including Dulux Dieskau and Lexicon qtr trims with Monument gutters, tied in with a black front door and accents for a classic contemporary aesthetic.
A low bench with added storage and #shelfie space open shelves was a lovely inclusion to the fireplace design. Venetian plaster and Italian porcelain added a tactile and contemporary touch to the design.
The main bedroom was renovated to include a gorgeous ensuite featuring a spacious walk-in shower, Italian porcelain tiles, and chrome fittings.
“Thank you Jess for all the amazing help during our renovation. Jess and her team provided us with assistance with choices like colour scheme, tiles, paint, tap ware, and fittings from the very beginning of our project. Jess also helped with selecting furnishing and fabrics, colour schemes for rooms, and all the little details that have made our home beautiful. Jess was super responsive during what was a very stressful process at times and worked within our budget. Every suggestion she made has been spot-on!!
Can I keep you on my speed dial forever?? Thanks!”
