Held on-site, this session brings together key stakeholders—such as architects, builders, or trades early on—to align on the project’s goals, vision, and scope. As part of our consulting service, we provide design guidance, clarify expectations, and ensure the team is set up for success from the start.

Once your project is confirmed, we begin crafting the overall design concept. This can include layout planning, mood boards, and a introductory look at materials, colours, and finishes. A recorded video walkthrough explains the big picture idea and direction we can go with your project, and your feedback shapes the next stage.

We meet with you at your home to review the development of ideas and drawings, the proposed material samples together so you can see and touch them, as well as clarifying any questions you may have.

On from our presentation meeting and your feedback, we compile all the finalised design details into a comprehensive set of documents, ready for your builder or tradespeople. These can include 3D visuals, floor plans, elevations, and a complete FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedule.

For clients who need extra support during the build phase, we offer optional site visits to review the design intent and provide check-ins. This is extremely important with older homes as sometimes things can happen un-planned and effective strategies as a team get you back on track.
An initial Meeting on-site with the engaged build team to discuss the concept and complexities of the project is arranged.
A build timeline including estimated meetings is confirmed by the allocated builder and contractors and our site signage is also hung on site aside the allocated Builder.
Whether its liaising with builders, attending site meetings, or finalising supplier details, we ensure your vision is executed to the highest standard.

Offered as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with design and renovation services, Furniture & Procurement curates the decoration concept covering key pieces of furniture, lighting, rugs and artwork.
We can help place orders and coordinate deliveries with our trade partners, as well as connecting you with local makers for one of a kind pieces.
What’s Included:
The final layer and finishing touches really brings your home to life. Once the key pieces and larger furniture items are in like the sofas, beds, dining tables, artworks and rugs (creating the framework) we meet on site with you to create a check-list of the smaller decorator items required.
You’ll entrust our vision, provide us with an agreed lump-sum amount, so we can go hand-pick the smaller pieces required including procurement ready to install into you home on styling day.
What’s Included:
All of our projects end with a photoshoot to capture the project alongside our photographer and stylist.
This is a fantastic opportunity to document the transformation, and see how far you have come, as well as getting even more tips to see how your space is styled to photograph. We also ask for a testimonial of your experience.
