Eclectic Creative founder Jessica Viscarde has been featured in the March 2026 print edition of Home Beautiful magazine, with one of the studio’s projects appearing on the cover of this special issue spotlighting Australia’s Interior Designers to Watch. This marks the second time the studio has been recognised by Home Beautiful, following a previous feature in April 2024 — a reflection of Eclectic Creative’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful heritage renovations and layered, collected interiors across Melbourne and Tasmania.

As a Melbourne-based interior designer specialising in heritage renovations and character homes, this recognition feels particularly meaningful.
Eclectic Creative was established in 2013 with a clear philosophy: to create collected, layered interiors that respect architectural integrity while introducing thoughtful contemporary updates. Over the past decade, our studio has worked across Art Deco apartments, Californian Bungalows, mid-century homes and boutique residential projects throughout Melbourne and Tasmania.
Interior design in older homes demands more than aesthetic styling. It requires considered spatial planning, custom joinery design, detailed material specification, and close collaboration with architects, builders and trades. Each project is a balance of creativity, technical documentation and on-site coordination.
Being recognised by Home Beautiful magazine as a Designer to Watch acknowledges the depth of that work. It reflects our commitment to interiors with intention — homes that feel grounded, personal and enduring rather than trend-led.
